Inspiration abounds! Here, I share my favorite internet finds (plus a fabulous read for you).
Daring Greatly – How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead by Brené Brown arrived in the mail yesterday. Yay! Don’t call me this weekend, because I’ll be hunkered down with this book, my cozy comforter and possibly a cat (or two, but don’t call me crazy).
I stumbled on this post from Jonathan Fields when I was mid-downward-spiral last week, and BOOM – the crazy-daisy spin stopped. Click to read Embrace the Thrash.
Creative solopreneur Tracey Selingo is new to me, and I’m lovin’ her blog. Check out Owning the Responsibility of Happiness, in which she writes, “We’ve come to rely on so many outside forces to gauge everything … that we’re now numb to determining what is.”
And ’cause we all love yummy stuff, take a look-see at my Pinterest Food Love board. This month, I’m eating a vegetarian and box-free diet, and I’m excited to try recipes I’ve been pinning for months. Thought you might enjoy them, too!
(Box-free what, you say? I want to give up processed foods but that seems Too Damn Big, so I am starting with stuff in boxes – cereal, chips, cookies, the like. Hey, one step at a time, baby!)
